FOCUS camera/optics ebay take holidays off but still expect you to wait 10 days when they come back and took your $$ new york New York

These people keep their ebay business open but dont tell you they've taken off for 1/2 month. 10 days later when i message to cancel my order "we cant because we already processed it for shipping" my reply' how did you do that when your phone recording says you wont return until oct. 20th??. Ok no big deal....it is but i can deal with it. Then said item i get costs 700$ and 3rd time i use it goes blank!--- i.e. it's now a 700$ hunk of junk so i want to return it. I message them and they wont reply. I'ts the weekend so it again appears their not open {sabath..} fine I send a message stating i will pay for sending in for warranty repairs and want to return it once it arrives from the manufacturer . NO REPLY . i send 3 more messages NO REPLY . I open up a return ticket with Ebay who then states you have until the 13th of this month to provide shipping label data or your case will be terminated. Again i contact these people and ask WHY WONT YOU REPLY TO MESSAGES? I CANT SEND THE POST until CELESTRON sends it TO ME!!!=== again no reply.....they just wait out the limitations for a shipping label and the case is closed.----- DONT do business with these jerks it there's a chance you buy something expensive that runs the risk of failure..........they wont treat you fairly nor will they communicate with you----- i'll never buy from these cheapskate shmucks again....BEWARE

The whole case is based on my pruchase date and these jerks didnt ship it until 12 days LATER. Then want me to honor a 30 day return policy that hasnt been 1/2 that from the date i actually receive said item yet alone its been sent in for warranty repair so they dont have to.
