Focused Health LLC , Joe Lawton (not real name) Focused Supplements, ABC Health Systems, United Medical Network, American Diagnostics Health Supplement Scam; Focused Health LLC ripping off potential distributorships of $12K/$24K Deerfield Beach Florida

Focused Health LLC is a complete scam!  This company seeks out unemployed professionals and offers them a potential distributoship in a specific territory for an investment of either $12K or $24K.  Just like many others that have been approached the scam went this way with us:

We were contacted by a recruiter from a resume I posted on an online website.  The recruiter, Micheal West is from an Advanced National Recruiting  and put me through to a Joe Lawton (not his real name)  with Focused Health for a potential protected distributorship for either a $12K or $24K investment. He asked for a $500 down payment and then said that he would fly us out to their corporate office in Deerfield Beach, FL for training and to sign the agreement.   Sounded all good until he gave us names of some other distributors to call on for testimonials.  He gave us names of a Bill Williams (MO), Dawn Smith (Tampa), Jack Walker (OH), Frank Allen (NC), and a Dr. Ron Kyz (FL) as references to call. I believe that are all tied together in some way . I called all of them and WOW was I surprised at what I uncovered.

They all claimed that  each were making between $12K and $31K per month selling supplements to professionals in less than the two years they have been in business.  Sounds great.   However, when I asked if they could provide me the name of their business so I could look them up, none of them wanted to do that. They just brushed it off and said that they put in under their names.  They said this AFTER they told me upfront that they formed their own business.  Nor would or could they provide me with ANY clients for me to call on. 

This was concerning.  I then began to look up their doctors on their medical panel.  Come to find out that two of the doctors on their panel are linked up to other sites (American Diagnostics and an ABC Health Systems).  They have the same website as FocusedSupplements.com .  The other doctor had no history on him at all even after stating that he had over 40 years of experience.  I then began to research the distributors through other websites  and found that all the numbers were not who they said they were.  They are not who they say they are!

Upon doing even more research I found out that Focus Health has had many other names like ABC Health Systems, United Medical Networks (had 19 reports on them),  Group Recruiting Network, Advanced National Recruting, American Diagnostics, There are probably more.   ALL are out of Deerfield Beach, FL.  Joe Lawton has gone by the name of Joe Walton, Joe Langdon to name a few.  He has an elaborate scam going. 

After unconvering this I immediately called Joe Lawton and told him what my findings were and that I was going to report him,  he then tried to solicit me to become a manager for a SCAM office in the Dallas area for a salary!   UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY for anyone representing this claim! We were fortunate to stop-payment on the check but I know there are many out there that weren't  so lucky.  I hope this report is found to be helpful to anyone looking into the medical field.
