Follico Salon And Spa, North York ON CA Horrible Color, Horrible Cut, due to Not Listening to Client North York Ontario

I advise that nobody who wants what they ask for should go to this pushy, and rude salon.

This salon is a rip off. The owner the women who coloured my highlights blonde when I asked for a shade of chocolate brown, a light brown and a caramel color. She defended herself by saying, "I made a stylists decision, I didn't think the brown would show". I knew the browns wouldn't show much and that is exactly what I had wanted, so she made a choice for me, and now she won't refund my money not even half of it.

I paid $160.00 for blonde, trashy highlights, highlights that should lowlights and should have been brown. This women tried to tell me that I was confused, and this is what I asked for, not the case. She even put a strand of her blonde hair aginst my forehead and asked it I liked it, in plain english I clearly said NO. That I wanted to stay with in two or three shades of my natural color.

On top of the fact that my hair is blonde, the highlights are uneven and some of the color bleed in to the others, it is a really messy crappy color job. I have been to a different salon to see if they can fix the mess that I now call my hair and they can't believe that someone who is a "professional" actually did this.

I think that if she where a good business person, and an honest person she
would honor the mistake and at least refund half of the money paid.
