Do not call for this product! This company has no ethics, poor customer service and is a total rip-off.  They ask for your credit card the minute you call them, and then they try and sell you other products for a good 30 minutes.  If you hang up and not listen to the entire sales pitch they add on other products to your sale. I called when they were selling the product for 119.00 free shipping and a free Dine out book.  They charged my card $186.00  I purchased the product and paid on 5/5/14, I returned the product using the authorization I had to get to return it (money back guarantee-only if they authorize it) and they received the product back and signed for it on 6/3/14.  As of today I still have not received a refund.   When you call them they just tell you different things, they didn’t get it returned; send a fax with proof, etc.  It's a game to them, they don’t care about anything except charging your card as much as possible and keeping the money as long as possible.   Do not even call, you will regret it. I have and never will order anything from an infomercial again. I could not even tell you if the product is good or not but I will tell you the ordering process will make you sick so you are bound to lose weight from vomiting. If food lover say's they don’t condone this type of practice and to call them directly, they should provide their direct contact information, but they done and all you can do is talk to their sales company who is in the business of ripping you off.
