I went into this Foot Locker last Friday. I had to order the shoes I wanted because they were not in stock. The most popular shoe that foot locker has ever sold since the 1980's and it's not in stock in an average size. Okay fine. I asked if they can be delivered to the store because my place is having construction done to it. They said sure, 5 days max. They took my information and I paid in cash. I asked how will I know when they arrive and the cashier told me that I will receive an email. The Cashier was a brand new employee. Why they handed a special order for him to do while the 3 other employees play grab a*s is beyond me but that's fine too. There was not even one other customer in the store. On a Friday afternoon, I found that odd but whatever. The new Employee told me he is too and it will be a minute. I told him to take his time and to just makde sure it's right. He kept asking a Senior Employee who was doing nothing except for moving boxes around, how to process the order over and over. This Senior Employee, instead of just walking over to the new Employee and making sure he does this right, just kept yelling tips at him. I REALLY didn't care how long it took as long as it was done right and I told him this. After that I asked for some socks in calf high and fitting my size foot. I was handed two bags which I bought. I got home that night and I get an email. It said: "Thank you for your purchase. You order will be delivered to your home address..." Etc. WHAT? I called Customer Service immediately for an explanation. I said that these shoes were supposed to be delivered to the store! He put me on hold them came back. He said that the store that these came from, the North Hollywood store, is now closed and that there is nothing that he can do and that they are going to me residence. I protested to say the least. He said he will talk to his supervisor and in the morning they will see what they can do. After this, I tried the socks I bought on and not only are they way too small in the foot but they are ankle socks. The next morning I got an email saying that the shipment of the shoes was turned around and that they will indeed be shipped to the store. After this I received a call from a Mr. Stone. I told him this story. He told me he will check on my order. He said that there is a faulty tracking number and that they have been turned around and sent back to the North Hollywood store once again. OMG! I demanded that they be overnighted to me residence at this point. I figured, I'lljust go sit there if I have to and watch the Construstion Workers. 3 days later the shoes arrived. I send them back. I have now had it to my end with Foot Locker's ineptness. I then retured the socks at the store. A WEEK LATER I recived a call saying my shoes just arrived at the store. These are the ones that were supposed to be there in the first place. DIEGO, a Senior Employee told me that I can come in and show my ID and get the shoes. I went all the way back over there and the same guy that had said the first day that I don't need my reciept to pick up the shoes, just my ID is now asking me for my reciept which I don't have and I was told I can't have my shoes. I guess it will be another trip to the LA Airport Courthouse to file a small claims case against foot locker. I HAVE HAD IT. Anyone that shops here needs a pshycological assesment.
