Beware of Joshua Forcier, owner & operator of "Forcier Appliances & Services".
 
He is very rude and will try to get paid more than he's supposed to by way of manipulation & lies. Furthermore, if you figure this out and confront him, then the "unprofessional" aspect of his conduct and character will start to show.

He even had a customer post a bbb complaint against him on 6/25/12 and he refused to resolve the complaint.

I had a similar situation where I had a complaint that he refused to handle so I decided that I no longer want to use his service. However, he continues to threaten me, which is very childish and unprofessional.

Beware of Joshua Forcier. He has an outstanding bbb complaint against his company that he refuses to address. He's ignored all of the bbb's requests for evidence of his business operation, his companies overall rating on the bbb is a "D+" and based on my experience in dealing with him I'm sure that rating will soon drop to a lower rating before the of this year.

After I looked up his company after having a "grueling" experience with him, I'm not surprised that someone else filed a bbb complaint against his company last month. Also, I'm not surprised that the bbb has rated his company a low, low score of "D+".

The way that I'm phrasing things are, beleive it or not, but I'm downplaying the experience I had with him & his company. The way things transpired between his company and myself is, literally, 10 times worse than the content I typed above. Feel free to check things out and make your own judgment.

Beware because he is unprofessional, rude, he will try to scam his way into making more money from a service call and if you don't let his antics manipulate you, then he will make threats toward you and make you feel as if you are powerless against getting your appliance fixed without letting him manipulate you."

Since I noticed the date on the bbb complaint was last month and now I'm filing this report this month, I wonder if he's going to get reports against him again next month and every month thereafter until he realizes he can't treat customers like this. All he's doing is alienating himself and causing himself to wind up going out of business eventually if he keeps this up.

While I have never had Joshua Forcier do any kind of work for me, I can attest to his lame attempts if manipulation and lying. He is notorious for threatening, harassing, even stalking if he doesn't get his way. Drunk/drug induced calls and texts. He is a very unstable person and should NEVER be trusted. He claims to carry a gun, and threatens to use it frequently. He is a very sketchy character.

What a joke, lol! Josh Forcier, since you're the one who posted your own customer comment, you need to handle your bbb dispute and be more professional.

I've contacted the bbb to find out more info. on the bbb complaint that the other guy filed against you. Even if you dissagree with that particular customer, if you were on the "up and up", you would at the very least "respond" to the bbb and provide whatever business info. they're requiring from you. that's shady, what are you hiding that you won't supply the info. they've already asked you for?

You need to handle your business and stop "hiding" from the bbb.

A person doesn't get a rating as low as a "D+" by mistake, lol! If it were as simple as 1 customer dispute, you would get at least an "A-" or even a "B+", but the rating is substantially low because Josh Forcier has #1: refused to reply, #2: Josh Forcier refused to supply pertinent information from his end to the bbb on more than one account. #3: The bbb has contacted Josh Forcier several times and each time Josh has outright ignored them and hasn't replied to not even 1 of the bbb requests for any information at all.

Keep ignoring and the SEC will have to get involved and find out what's really going on and check your business "books". I personally know that you try to get paid more than you're due and if you casually did that to me, I sure you do this all the time and if you submit your info to the bbb as they've requested, you will get figured out that you're running scams on your customers.

Since I personally know what you did to me, I will move forward and file an FTC report against you & your company.

Compansies should not get away with running financial scams on their customers and if it's merely something of the past and you get your act together, I'm sure you will just get a fine and slap on teh wrist and warned not to do it again.

Our experience with the company was great will continue to use him for work regardless of whats said he is a hard worker and knows what hes doing very professional and punctual guy.  

He once told us a story about an agree customer and how they filed BBB complaint the guys a joke. Forcier Appliance does outstanding work and will continue doing so in the future thanks for letting us express our feelings about the hatred this got nothing better to do person then right false bad statements about a great person
