Ford Motor Company $55,000 for a new vehicle that leaks coolant and Ford will not repair but admits it is a manufacturer defect. Nationwide
I purchased a new 2011 Ford F250 diesel. I paid $55,000 for this vehicle and it started leaking coolant at 70,000 miles. Ford dealership admits this is a manufacturer defect with this particular model and even said I was "lucky" because some start leaking immediately. They have not issued a recall and will not assist in any of the $1200 repair bill. This defect is no fault of mine and I should not be responsible for their error.
