Ford Motor - Stomeham Ford rip off Stoneham Massachusetts

we bought a car from stoneham ford about 3 months ago and we were never told that it was a rental car from up the street owed by the same place... we had trouble with the car from day one.. took it back twice first time they said there is nothing wrong with it its a ford focus ??? what that means who knows ??? that first time I was told a service man took it out to lunch and he didnt see anything wrong with it... I hope the car didnt eat too much of a lunch ...

well it happened agin when we picked up the car and was told it is ok... well the car was still doing what it was doing when I bought the car.. so we took it back for a 2rd time.. wow they found out what was wrong the right side motor mount was broken . good thing it didnt go for lunch again ??? well the renal man said the car looked like the car we gave them up the street to sel... well it was and agin we were never told about the car from day one... I told stoneham ford I didnt want that car right up front.. they said too bad its yours more or less.. they even tried to sell me a new car with an add on of 4000 thousand dollars.. we said too mush.. we want another 2007 ford focus.. they say ok I will try and find you one. and I said ok an even deal if you do right ??? the manager says oh no we have to charge you wear and tear of the one we sold you first ??? what wear and tear it looks better then when I bought it... what a joker... that manager was bill bird from stoneham ford...

well i told him give us the money back and you can have your car back.. that was a no go.. asked for a rebate on that car they said no way no money back for you... I have got no where with stoneham ford so now I said maybe the ford co. itself would help me in this case/// thats all I got from ford itself was lip service.. again they wont do anything cause stoneham ford is a private dealer and ford can't do anything for me or againist them... stoneham can say bye ford honda will step right in to this dealership thanks but no thanks... I have written ford about 8 times thru emails and they did nothing at all for me... so I must be stuck with this car in which we good the shaft and they love it that way...
