Luke from Foreclosure Assistance Solutions told us that he guaranteed me, my money back if they weren't successful, stop our foreclosure. He said he was positive he could work out a deal with our ,mortgage company and that he had an "in" with them.
They required me to Western Union them the money before they faxed a contract. They then called me and told me to file bankruptcy on my own. They considered their job to be done then. I don't think so.
I am about to lose my home and be homeless with 3 little kids due to not be able to make my house payment while deployed and they ripped me off. Isee now that they have done this to toehrs as well.
What Would Satisfy My Complaint?: My money back ASAP. We borrowed that money and want it ALL back! Someone needs to stop them before they make false guarantees to other desperate people to. This is criminal!

My husband and I asked this company for help, and as well paid them the $1200.00. This was in May of 2006. In November of 2006 they still were unable to get a deal made with our mortgage company, so we accepted help from another source who did their job and came through for us.
Long story short FAS did nothing for us either, except string us along for months, make our home go into and out of foreclosure twice, and will not give us our money back either.
FAS is stating they did their job, the only job they did was string us along by stating they were doing something that they weren't. The only job they did was keep us on the edge of our seats for months wondering is this is the month we get evicted.
We still do not have our money back and have contacted the BBB and Attorney Generels office in Florida, both sources show bad business scores, and the Attorney Generals office is even investigating them.
