The company owner is Dalvo Decastro also known as Erly Dalvo Decastro. This company told us they will negotiate on our behalf with our bank and they will open an escrow account for us and our duty is to make monthly payment of $1, 500.  Miami florida

My husband and I joined the Foreclosure Relief Services to help with our mortgage on 2008. The company owner is Dalvo Decastro also known as Erly Dalvo Decastro. This company told us they will negotiate on our behalf with our bank and they will open an escrow account for us and our duty is to make monthly payment of $1, 500. The $1, 500 will be on the escrow
account, these payments will be available for refinancing our new mortgage.

FRS required the payment on time because these payments will be used in the court of law to show the judge in our case that we have good faith of keeping our home, the only problem the mortgage payment is too high. They also promised there will be many investors to buy our property from our bank at current market value, if they are unable to reach a deal with the bank. The investor will refinance our home base on current market value and give us a low and fix interest rate. They promised our mortgage will be must more less than the $1, 500 we were paying. During the process Decastro assigned Ms. Patricia Accinelli, as our attorney.

We meet with Accinelli on the lobby at her apartment in Bayshore and rendered a check for $2,900.When realized that we were taking advantage off we were already in this program for 24 months. We requested refund several times, but were unable to get our money. Finally Mr. Decastro, Accinelli  and FRS vanished. FRS turned out to be a fraudulent company that scams many people, in Florida, including us who had since paid the company and Ms Accinelli to mitigate our foreclosure with the bank. We have made several attempts to get in touch with our attorney (which in the case is Ms Accinelli) to get an update on our case but she ignored all calls.

We went to her office on Bayshore Drive where we have our first formal meeting; we were denied access to the office and the right to meet with her. We have paid a total of $36,000 to FRS and $2,900 to this attorney to represent us. We have made several attempts to contact her with no response. She and the people she was working with have disappeared. Their intentions were to defraud people instead of helping them. Alicia Accinelli should not be allowed to practice law.  I sent several e-mails to her, she decided to ignore them. I will not stop until I find some resolution to this.
