You say look at the ebay comments of praise. I happen to know any comment that this company and person writes is written by his friends , family and himself under other names. 

They are not to be trusted.  You and Ata Zandieh aka Ata Gold and the others at Pyramid which is part of his company. Matt  Dunleavy is a scammer.

You can go right on the Federal Estate Auctions and purchase property cheaper then with his cut. 

This is a boiler room operation. I have contacted the FBI and they have an investiagation on going on all who are partners and owner. I did my reseach and I suggest you all do. The are NOT REGISTED with the FEDERAL or STATE SEC they do not have a bankers, loan or Mortage Licence . One of the owner address is 210 Leed St Harrisburg Pa and 210 Lewis Street Harrisburg. One owner is Ata Zandieh and his telephone Number is  717 979 0900 aand 717 215 8909 The is a real con artist company and steal property lie in court 

this scam company goes under the names ok Pyramid Investments, AtaCan Investments, and 3 other names They change names like you change underwear. They are financed by the Muslim Brotherhood since it is an Iranian Muslim Company.

Beware and call the FBI  if they get near you.. They are very dangerous.

Before I even begin, if you CHECK MY REPUTATION on eBay (which is where most of the properties are sold) you'll see that at this very moment, I have 93 positive feedbacks, and a VERY solid reputation on ebay. This person won't even put their real name on the post because they're simply pissed off that an error took place that effected them.  I don't even know who the person complaining is, but if it's the person I assume it is, they bid and won a property that was supposed to be pulled from the auction due to VARIOUS issues on Bid4Asset's part. We had 40 properties pulled from their platform for their failure to market the properties per our specifications, and breached an agreement.   Their web site is terrible, and I even offered the buyer a SERIOUS discount on another property as Bid4Assets failed to pull the auction when I asked.  They just let it run.
