Forest Lake Solutions ripped off by these scam artists Tustin California

I ordered an IBM 40 GB hard drive for a notebook in AUGUST of 2002. I received a confirmation via email that my order had been received. But several weeks later, no delivery. I was billed in the middle of September. I called on several occasions, but was never able to come in contact with them. I would always get an answer machine saying that the message box was full. Finally, when I WAS able to reach them, I was told there was a backorder on my product.

They told me it would be shipped in a few days, and that I could track it through UPS. I did receive a tracking number for my product, but it still has not arrived. The UPS link sent to me said that I had been billed. And I did receive my bank statement with the billing information. I have been billed for over $130.

I have kept trying to get in contact with them, but it was just recently that I called and got a recording that said the company was unavailable. It said that the recording was from Seymour, IN; and it kept playing over and over. So I tried to check the website, but it no longer exists.

Throughout this whole ordeal, I kept saying to myself that something just didnt seem right with this company. And when I came across this website, it all added up.

I sent them a nasty email a couple of months ago, but of course to no response. It has been over 4 months since I first placed that order, and I have tried to wait patiently. I seriously needed that hard drive badly, as has everyone else needed what they had ordered. A fine line has been crossed, and we need to get to the bottem of this. We need to find these crooks, and put them in their rightful place, which is behind bars. I dont think it is feasible to refund everyone for what we have been deprived of, but if we can somehow get these crooks, then justice will be served.
