Forever XXI ripoff, thieves, dishonest, not willing to help, horrible customer service Online Internet

In July of 2005, I purchased 2 $50 gift cards off of foreverxxi.com. I should add that when I ordered them, I was in Iraq serving in the war with the United States Marine Corps. While I was there in Iraq, my husband had to move, so by the time the gift cards arrived, my husband had already moved, So the gift cards were returned to the company and they didnt try at all to contac me to let me know. When I returned home from Iraq, there were still no gift cards, or an e-mail from the company. This was September...

I called back to the company, and spoke with a gut named Ted. Ted was no help, and had no idea what he was talking about. But he said that there would be 2 more gift cards sent to me...

I tried to contact the company again in October to find out where they were. I spoke to a girl who was really nice, and pretended like she wanted to help me. She said she would find out what the deal was and personally call me the next day. 2 weeks had gone by...

Same thing with November. I tried again, and this time, the excuse was Thanksgiving and the holiday weekend. Now here it is December 15th, and almost 6 months since I ordered these gift cards. Aside from being on hold for a total of about 2 hours, there was no one who could help me out. All I wanted was my money back, or 2 more gift cards. What does a customer service representative do if they cant do that?

Anyway, I will never shop at that store ever again, and the same goes for my friends. Unless of course, all they can do is give me the gift cards then, my friends who I bought the cards will have to, but thats all!
