This company does not supply what they "promise" to. They do not guarantee their work. If you order a personalized item, such as I, they will not reemburse you if they fail to deliver what they promise. I was ripped off by them on the week of my wedding. I paid $250 and only recieved $103 worth of merchandise which they never paid me back for. Patricia, is rude and not custormer service oriented. The owner, Deborah did not even bother to talk to me.

Unfortunatly, I live in another state otherwise I would have sued them and I know I would have won. If there is anyone else out there who had problems with this company, I will help with any law suit against them. They are a RIP OFF artist company! Do not buy anything from ForeverWed www.foreverwed.com

Now that the owner is aware of the poor craftmanship and poor customer service I had received, (not too mention other customer complaints) Foreverwed has agreed to refund me my money. I appreciate the owner Debra calling me after all the attempts I had made through other service representatives who failed to alert the owner of the problem. She let me know she was unaware of the situation up until she read this report.

To answer the question about waiting 4 months, I complained immediately after the problem occured. I waited to document it to the public because I was hopefull that this company would have come up with a solution.

Unfortunatly, they were not on the same page and did not properly document the grievance leaving the owner in the dark. Now that she is aware, I am happy to say that I will be recieving my money back and I will no longer have any grievance with ForeverWed.

Debra has also told me that they no longer are using the same company which produced the merchandise I recieved. Now the company will be able to inspect the merchandise before it leaves the store which should eliminate this problem from happening again.

We use other companies that produce the work for us in creating personalized products.

This customer asked for personalized candy bar wrappers. We created and shipped exactly what she asked for. We offered to replace the wrappers and she refused. Due to this our customer service representatives stood by our policy for personalized products.

no refunds, only exchange for the exact item only. We have created personalized wrappers for hundreds of customers and NEVER had a complaint.

Personalized Items

Personalized Items are only returnable IF there is an error on our part or if there is damage found in the product. These items will be exchanged for the exact same item only. No returns on personalized items, film products (cameras), opened software, or opened candy. Examples of these items include, but are not limited to, apple cider, chocolates, Jordan Almonds, Glassware that has been sandblasted or etched, any camera. All sales are final on any personalized product.

I have never personally spoken with this customer. I have had no knowledge that there was a problem other than an initial call about the labels. Due to this we have not done anything with this customer. The Customer Has Never Called and asked to speak with a manager or owner. it is now outside of our return/replacement policy.

Had the customer of contacted me I would have personally taken care of her, however she did not.

If a customer does not call the vendor, a vendor has no knowledge of a problem. If the customer does not ask for a manager, the manager can not solve the problem for the customer. This customer has never contacted me nor asked for me. I demand this be taken off your website and have the customer try to resolve this through us. Here order was made in April it is now August.

I would ask why would a customer wait four months to complain about a company after the product was recieved instead of calling the company to resolve the problem.
