Kevin Rubel was, at one point the CEO of the Form-A-Corp brand. We, as a company agree with the writer in this report that Kevin Rubel behaved in manner that was unfit for his position with the company. This is why, the moment that the principals of the business were made aware of his actions, he was immediately removed from his position and was banned from our office premises. This removal occurred in June of 2009 and Mr. Rubel has had no authority to use the Form-A-Corp Brand when dealing with any clients since that time. We are of the understanding that he may have continued to abuse his previous position following his termination, however, that has since also been terminated to the best of our abilities and within legal guidelines.

We have done the best we could to recover the information for our clients affected by Kevin Rubel and unfortunately, some situations were beyond our control.  The "Adrian" sited in this post was another victim of Kevin Rubel and has, since Kevin Rubel's removal, gone above and beyond to do everything in his power to rectify any negative situations arising from Mr. Rubel's actions. We do not have this ability and even if we did, we would not engage in that type of behavior as it is unethical.  Due to Mr. Rubel's access to the primary company accounts, it was necessary to terminate our merchant processor and everything was, in fact, moving along fine considering the recovery efforts underway.

As the new President and CEO of the Form-A-Corp brand, Adrian is a competent and well educated expert in his field and is the driving force behind the successful recovery of the Form-A-Corp brand since this unfortunate set of circumstances has transpired. It is not one bad egg that will bring down a company under the direction of a individual as determined as Adrian and with a strong moral fiber and a fervent desire to exceed clients expectations, we are confident that Form-A-Corp will continue to see exponential improvement as we have in the last three years already under his direction.

We apologize to any and all clients that may have received less than satisfactory results from their utilization of our services here at Form-A-Corp and take responsibility for our choices as a business.  We believe that we are an exemplary company that 99% of our clients would agree is a pleasure to do business with and we are working diligently on that last 1%.
