A nine-page invoice from Forsythe Data Equipment Co. of Sandiego (sic), with credit app, was faxed to our business, for "List of business records randomly pulled", invoice amount $6000,00, invoice dated 04/22/04. At first I thought it had come to us by mistake, but I could find no additional information to forward it to the intended "recipient" (Kevin Batesman of Collon Utah), nor was there any fax header or contact info for the company. The zip code for Collon is bogus,also, I noticed right away.
Google has returned many BBB mentions of this same bogus invoice, and according to your listings, other folks have rec'd the same.
Has anyone found out where /who this originates?? I'm curious enough to mail something to both parties just to see what response I get.
