Fort Lauderdale Hospital Missing Mother Fort Lauderdale Florida

Ive been trying to reach my mother at Fort Lauderdale Hospital for a week. Everytime I call I ask I am told I cant give any information.The rude lady with the Caribbean accent who answers has no compassion. I told her can she check if my mother is still housed their because I am worried-my children and I spoke with my mom daily then all of a sudden stopped. My mother stopped calling us and we are given the run around when we call.I tell them I am not asking for any medical information on her I just want to know is still their or been transferred elsewhere? Again I am rudely told "I cant tell you". In desperation I ask I just want to know if my mother is alive and breathing? My mother not only suffers from mental health issues but she also suffers from Congestive Heart Failure.Did something happened to her in their and they are covering themselves up. I am told " we dont keep records in system of past patients just current".This makes no sense to me-you are telling me you dispose of patient records immediately IF they are released. Tomorrow is mothers day and I have no clue what these people did with my mother. The rudeness and bad attitudes of staff does not help.Please help me-where is my mother?
