Fortis Capital had a dete collecter call all times of night they would say you F...ker don't pay up you will be in deep trouble.My girl friend was the one owed the money which was $700 dollars She tried to pay it down but they would let her firt they wanted $35 dollars a months and then they went up to $75 Dollars a month and now they went to $2700 dollars the more you pay they keep adding on.We would like to sue them for the way they talked to us on the phone I had to change our phone number because all times of the night.Attorney for them filed ajudgment on her pay for 10% on her weekly earning.I called the attorney for the judgment for the creditor asking them to get a settlement with Fortis Capital all they did was put ajudgment on her pay and did even try to get a settlement with Fostic Capital.
