Where to begin? When I went to enroll, I was told there was a great job outlook for radiology jobs. And I believe that was their first year offering that class. I asked if the school was accredited and I was told "yes!" I asked, "If I changed schools, I would get credit from classes here, correct?" I was told "yes!" I enrolled in the class, paid $50 for application but the fee was $100 so assuming it went on tuition. I was told I would be paying tuition through Nelnet, I had FAFSA. I went to my first class and we had no books. We went 3 to 4 weeks without having our books. Our semesters/quarters were only like 5 weeks so we didnt receive our book until near the end. Once we got them we were told to read our

books until the rest of the class showed up. What pages? What do we read? The book. So we would wait and wait and close to the end of class the teacher I guess then would realize that not everyone was coming to class and then asks us what we read. This was constant. Most days we had to teach ourselves. Colleges do not wait on all the students to show up. There wasnt even a teacher for my first class, we had a substitute that turned in to our permanent teacher. I started to hear chatter among other students about dropping out because the school lied to them or because it was a waste of time and money. So I started asking questions and was told the school was not accredited. At this point I was really

confused. The teachers started hearing this among the students aswell so they called a meeting with all students and all of their teachers. They kept saying "you do get credit" and students would ask "Is this school accredited?" & the lady teacher responded "yes, you do get credit!" I then asked "if i transfered to polk state, could my credits and classes go with me?" At that moment I was told no and I replied "then this school is not accredited!" She kept saying yes it was. That day I decided I wasnt wasting any more time or money so I returned my uniforms and my ONE or TWO books I had and left. I was there a little over a month. I got my notice from Nelnet a few months later about making my payments for the

education I did not receive. I started making payments after trying to dispute it with the school. They said they couldnt do anything about it because it was a government loan. Not too long after that I seen $4000 debt collections on my credit report ON TOP of having the $1500 Nelnet loan. I had debt collectors calling me and I would tell them why the $4000 was not getting paid. It was unjust! They would tell me sorry and say "If you pay $1600 today we will call it even!" I sent a letter to the debt collector about what a scam this school is and no one responded. I asked for itemized charge sheet and they told me I had to call the school to get that. I did, and guess what? The number didnt work. I googled this location

and it said it was permanently shut down! I told the debt collector this and they told me it wasnt closed or it was not their problem. It is still on my credit report by a different debt collection agency. I guess the first one moved on from me. I have been steady making my payments to Nelnet, but I am not paying the school. I would like for that debt to be erased. I honestly would like reimbursement for it all, but beggers can't be choosers.
