Forugh Gostare Mandegar, Majid Pakzad ,Persitence Luminance Trade Co., Fraudster and a Cheat who rips people off their money St.Damavand, Tehran

This report was reported this day Thursday 21st September, 2017 by Messrs Conithe Limited, a company duly registered in Nigeria and we hope the whole wide world would learn from it and stop further transactions/dealings with any representations from the Iranian company.

Messrs Conithe Limited herein referred to as "Supplier/Exporter" and Messrs Forugh Gostare Mandegar also Known as Persitence Luminance Trade Co. situated at No.3, All.Fashami, St.Seddighiyan, St.Damavand, Tehran Iran and duly represented by Mr. Pakzad Majid herein referred to as the "Importer/Buyer" went into contract agreement on the 12 October, 2016 with the supplier to provide Fresh Natural Sesame seeds to Bandar Abbas Port in Iran.

Consequently, the supplier arranged the cargo as agreed and draft SGS report duly issued by SGS Nigeria was shared with the buyer prior to shipment. Following the sighting of SGS report, the buyer gave us the go ahead to ship container said to contain 686 Bags of Fresh Natural Sesame seeds. It should be noted that the supplier and buyer agreed that 10,000 usd shall be paid by the buyer following loading and balance paid a week after. Bill of Laden was thereafter issued by the carrier with bill of laden # LOSBND160000003 and container # PCIU1822516. Other relevant shipping documents were scanned to the importer and he promised to send money to us almost immediately but reneged.

However, due to the fact that the buyer has reneged in remitting payment to us, we sent notice to the carrier of the situation and further directed that the importer should not access container # PCIU1822515 until we further advise otherwise since exchange documents were still with us till date. But we were however, shocked that the importer tampered the container and further claimed that container had been infested with insect and maggots without the authorisation of the shipping line nor Iran Port Authority. We however, sent a demand letter to the carrier through our legal department but we were advised to request NOC from the importer to enable us resell or redirect cargo to a different port of destination.

Sequel to this, we wrote to the buyer to send us "No Objective Certificate" to enable us resell cargo but he refused. We also wrote to Tehran Chamber of Commerce to wade into the matter but they did not return back to us a word till date.

Eventually, the cargo entered full demurrage and cargo was auctioned and it was believed that same importer bought our cargo on the floor of auction floor at reduced cost thereby making the supplier lose completely.

We by this report wish to inform the world to stop further trade dealings with him as he is not a genuine importer. He pretends and persuades you to export to his country without remitting payment of goods thereby making your cargo(s) stay fallow at destination port until it is auctioned by Iranian Ports Authority.

He is a thief, criminal, fraudster, cheat and a pathogenic liar!
