This internet company sent me the wrong item and never replaced it with the right one. They admitted this mistake, asked for me to send them the irem bac and they would replace it and refund my shipping costs. [to move things along fastr] They charged me for the wrong item anyway. They never replaced the item even though, per their request and in good faith, I returned the item to them and paid for the shipping. Subsequently I waited for the replacement item I had originally ordered. It never came. They no longer responded to any of my e-mails. I asked for either the right item I paid for or a full credit. I never received either one... No attempt was ever made by them to make good on their promise to deliver or credit me for the amount of the item.
