Total Scam Artist!!! Stay away from them, there are NO GOOD DEALS. They used bait and switch tactics on my wife and out-right lied to me about the products. Specifically we purchased the new Canon 450 Rebel XSI package #17 and I was initially pleased with the price we received. Later though instead of it shipping we got an email saying we needed to CALL TO CONFIRM... this is where all your trouble will start if you order from this site. After the phone call that my wife handled the package went from $1190.00 to $1450.00! According to Peter @2045 we were upgraded to "digital lenses" verses the non-digital ones that were original to the package. BUNK! After calling Peter myself for an explanation he explained that the lenses in the package have plastic optics that really slow down the cameras ability to focus and the digital ones we received were made of glass optics and were way better. The whole time he kept shouting at me and saying things like "what u don't believe me", "you think I'm lying to you", "did you just call to argue" and finally "you can call Canon" so that is what I did. Canon was very helpful in clearing this up. Basically there was no such thing as a Canon made lense that had plastic optics, the upgraded lense we received was the same lense that was in the package to begin with and there was no such thing as "non-digital" EF-S Canon lenses at all. I called Peter back with Canon on the line with us and as soon as he found out that they were on the line he immediately refused to say anything and hung up. Before he did though he told me that if I wasn't happy I could return the gear and he would give me my money back. Fat chance of this! No way in heck I'm sending these guys anything back or doing business in any way. I'll take my $350.00 wack on the nose and run far away. This is an illegitimate company and I wish I had read these reviews sooner! Don't you be the next victim!"
