I cannot comment on the ebay issue. I only know that I paid goingsolarutah $10,800 plus a $2,000 voucher for a solar panel installation. Jared did never installed the panels, claims he sold the company and is no longer responsible, never informed me who bought the company. He lied to me saying that he would cover reinforcing my attic. He is a liar and a cheat. I have notified the Utah Department of Consumer Protection, filed a criminal complaint, contacted the Federal Trade Commission, and filed a law suit. He tried to hide behind the law, using his lawyer to bully others. Well Jared, go ahead: try to sue me for defamation. Its all true and you know it. People can check with the Utah Department of Consumer Protection. Jared apparently thinks that if he commits low-level white-collar crime, that the authorities will pass him over. Stay clear of Mr Starkweather. Despite Jared having served a mission for the LDS church, desipte the church's teaching compassion for others and personal responsibility, Mr. Starkweather displays none of these. He is a parasite who loves off the hard-earned money of others. 

You sir are a CONVICTED FELON and thief.  Return my money immediately through PayPal / eBay.  If you or anyone that you know has been a victim of Jared Starkweather, the Sandy, Utah Police want to hear from you. 

Also, I did not sell it to someone else. I sold another machine I owned to someone else you liar. I owned a very succesful business sold it off and now selling of its assets. I caled the machine on ebay accu1 9400 instead of promax 9400 :(( before dwayne purchased shipping I made him aware of it and told him he can have a refund if he wanted it. He is just pissed that he didnt get an accu1 9400 for 1250 instead of 7 grand new. I just mislabeled the item thats all this is and he s mad bc he really wanted an accu1 9400 and i got his hopes up for that but instead dwayne still has to use the homedepot rental instead so he is really pissed off at me.

I did not refuse an IMMEDIATE refund I said I ll refund you through ebay bc thats where it was bought. Then you whinned like a child and said now i want it through paypal. I said I ll give it to you through ebay then you threatened me. We purchased a used insulation machine from Jared Micheal Starkweather through eBay and after we paid for it in full through PayPal he informed us that he sold it to someone else. Jared Micheal Starkweather refused to issue us an immediate refund.
