FOUR SEASONS SUNROOMS DECEPTIVE SALES TACTICS, AND NOT HONORING YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL BY LAW WITHIN THE ALLOWED THREE BUSINESS DAYS HOLBROOK New York

On November 2, 2008, we had a salesmen from Four Seasons Sunrooms come to our home to give a price. All seemed o.k. except that this sunroom does not come with electrical outlets, switches, lights, heating, and a/c. We would have to buy sheet rock and pay his men to install it and to get an electrician to do the wiring. He also wanted a blank check to go to the town to pay for the permits and he would tell me later the amount.

Luckily, I did not do that. However, without thinking, I put down a $1,000 deposit on this sunroom. I also cancelled this transaction within the three days only to find out that the salesmen cashed my check anyway on the fourth day. The salesmen came to my home and tried to get me to reconsider after the check was cashed. The company has not returned my deposit as of yet.

Lastly, this salesmen dated the paperwork for October 31, 2008. This salesmen was not even at my house on October 31, 2008. Beware of buying a sunroom from Four Seasons Sunrooms from Holbrook , N.Y. Thank you for reading this. I will keep you informed if they refund me.
