Four Seasons Sunrooms ripoff cheat fraud Holbrook New York

Hi Mark,

We have just been duped by Four Seasons Sunroom (Holbrook, New York) with the same tactics. Their sales David Angosto sold us a sunroom package that we have just found out now to be a total violation of local zoning law right from the start. Now the company wants to deduct all kinds of archtectural fees from the deposit and first installment they've received from us despite their sales David Angosto had promised before signing the contract that they'd refund the full amount if the building permit would to be denied by the local authority.

I'd like to know what we can  do to remedy the situation and get them to refund us the entire amount they originally promised.

Sure looks like you are affilated with them from the logo on your site.

Better check your franchise agreement! They are cheats and ripoffs and offered us no protection and probably wouldn't for your customers either.
