Fox Shawmutt Hills Jeff Bremmer, Dennis Boelens, Denny, Jim Blackport Horrible liars, service technicans that fail, got paid, won't remedy - DONT USE!! Grand Rapids Michigan

This company is a horrible business to deal with.  They give the impression that they have the highest service level but when it comes down to it, they failed in a big way.  I trusted them with my motorcyle, two wheels that I trust my life on, a Goldwing.  What I get in return was a bike that had electrical problems, brand new installed foglights that shorted out, other electrical errors due to their faulty wiring, including a melted speedometer. 

Their service manager had me bring the bike back and it was retruned with a single fix our of about seven items.  When I requested a refund at that point because I could no longer trust their service staff, it was met with an arrogant no by a Jim Blackport.  They simply don't honor their committment to customer service and in the face of pressure to perform to a reasonable standard, they fail on all counts.  When I asked the service technician to explain what was done, he said "I cannot read the codes on the invoice"  Amazing.   They turned the bike back to me with a dead battery and it was covered in dirt.  This is a first class machine and I cannot believe how it was treated.

They also go by DP Fox Ventures LLC and their attorneys name is  NANCY H. CONNOR   .  She said that I filed a complaint against the company with the STate of Michigan and "The Department of State did not find error with the way xx's vehicle was serviced".  Amazing.

A LAWYER THAT LIES - I guess its no surprise seeing that our former Supreme Court Chief Justice Warren Burger said, "75 to 90 percent of American Trial Lawyers are incompetent, dishonest or both".  Under a FOIA request it was evident that the State of Michigan DID find violations.  Amazing how an attorney can lie like that, in writing and get away with it.  Shame on Nancy H. Connor.

Shame on Fox Shawmut Hills regarding the service on this motorcycle.  If you are going to trust the  machine between your legs on the road going 70 mph, would you trust the mechanics at Fox Shawmut Hills to do your repairs?  When they use lawyers that lie?
