FPOL Marketing LLC, aka Ron McFarland, located at 113 W. Howard St. - Viola, Delaware, 19979. Ripped Me Off! These are all the same company involved in oxygen bar products and sales. They also do web design, marketing, and real estate.

I ordered an oxygen bar for $7099.00 on Feb. 12 2009. As of April 24, 2009. So far all I have received is a box of 400 nose hoses, manual, two cheap card stock pages posing as marketing material, a bunch of empty promises and no return of phone calls. And a limited two year warranty on the oxygen bar I never received

I was supposed to receive a complete "turn-key business package", including custom overhead canopy, custom bar, o2 compressor, ect.

Mr. McFarland has used the excuses such as "the part is on back order", "can't track the order", "delivery truck broke down" (outta cell phone range), "I have been in the hospital for a few days", "I have been in the hospital for a few days again".

He has had over ten weeks to resolve these issuses. He hasn't answered or returned a phone call from me, for more than two weeks. He will answer when I had a family member call from a different area code.
