 Franchesca Santana is already on Rip Off Report, and its no joke. This sociopath is a professional Con-Artist who I had the misfortune of crossing paths with at a company we both worked for in Scottsdale, AZ in 2014 and 2015 . She grossly misrepresented herself and ended up being hired by some suckers at my company into (get this) a management position. She quickly began to hire her co-conspirators, namely Omar Samad, along with others. They proceeded to run a long-con on the management at the company to create, then exploit, a hostile work environment. She masterfully pulled this off turning our workplace into a madhouse and costing a few decent innocent bystanders their jobs, all while bragging to many how she'd successfully pulled off a similar scam at her previous employer for a 6 figure settlement. Well, to make a long story short, she succeeded at our company and pulled down another near 6 figures settlement again. Meanwhile, her cohort Omar also filed a bogus lawsuit. I never confirmed if his settled, as he was an amateur compared to Franchesca and after she was moved out of the company, he had to rely on her direction and support remotely and he was a bafoon, but I wouldn't be surprised either way. Run from this con-artist as fast as you can. And do not hire her, whatever you do unless you want your work environment to turn to hell. Or Omar Samad, for that matter, if you know what's good fir you. Heed this warning.
