In this document I would like to state a few things of great importance.

First of all, my father Ascension Tiscareno a 56-year-old man is a victim of a fraud.

His past co-worker applied for a loan to try and purchase mobile home to put on her land, a land that she had already purchased.
She was unable to use her credit or monthly income to qualify for this particular home.

She then decided to ask my father for assistance in this. He was asked to co-sign for her and only this way she was able to purchase this home.

My father has good outstanding credit and so it was very easy to use him without a problem.

The wrong thing about this whole situation is that my dad is an illiterate person; he is unable to read or write and understands little or no english.

This woman Juana Palma told him that he would only be on as a co-signer for two to three months then he would be taken off this contract and not be responsible for anything.

The three months passed and he asked her if he was taken off already, she intern told him that they needed to go to the seller (Francisco Morales) he informed Juana that my father just
needed to sign another document to have his name removed from the contract.

But when my father and Juana went and my father signed the document my father asked what he had signed and Francisco responded that it was indeed the proper document to remove his name off the contract.

My father believed that it had been done just as it had been explained to him, but him not knowing how to read he fell for it.

Surprisingly to find out that on the contract the personal information that my father gave was not used, his home address and home phone were not even used.

In the contract it also states that my father is an unmarried man but the truth is that he is married and been married
for many years and still lives with my mother.

The contract that my father signed puts him as the primary borrower and lien holder, which Juana was the person to be under that title and she was added as the co-borrower.

My father was not aware of this because like I mentioned he does not know how to read. The credit report also states that my father lived with Juana for three years in the address
right across my mom's home and states that my father and Juana are married and living together.

My father could not sign or use his credit without my mom's authorization. The contract has not dates were both my father and Juana signed and the seller Francisco is never mentioned or has his name anywhere only a signature that you cannot read.

Francisco has been contacted by Juana to get the copy of the document signed were he was being taken off, but up to this point he has not given it to her or him.

Francisco also promises that he will go to the bank/finance company to remove my father's name, but we all know this is not possible it's not that simple.

We went to Conseco the finance company used to purchase this home and they said they couldn't do anything without having an application signed by my father and Juana stating what they need to have done.

The finance company also stated that they had financed not only the mobile home but it also included the land were it sits.
The land was previously purchased by Juana and did not need to be included it had already been paid for says Juana.

The contract also states that the Power of Attorney is Conseco the finance company not a person that both parties can trust or gives permission to decide or inquire information.

I ask for your help because I know that these two companies are doing things wrong this is an act of fraud!
