 greetings people. Internet crime is a growing concern and I am here today to put truth and justice to a major crime
being made. A guy by the name of Nick Franga Fratangelo is illegally modifying copyrighted software now you might not think
this is a big deal but let's take a look at the laws that protect companies from this crime.


The United States No Electronic Theft Act (NET Act), a federal law passed in 1997 in response to LaMacchia, provides for criminal prosecution of individuals who engage in copyright infringement under certain circumstances, even when there is no monetary profit or commercial benefit from the infringement. Maximum penalties can be five years in prison and up to $250,000 in fines.


This person nick has taken DigiChat 5.0.1.9 and illegally modified it and distributed it to other websites that are using it.

Every site with this software the DMCA has the ability to shut down, copyright laws are here for a reason
Nick lives in Australia and I assure you DMCA & Copyright laws apply there as well. Most of the Class files are not changed
at all he has only added several features to this without DigiChats permission or a license to do so


Now that we know a huge law has been broken lets go over what franga has done. He also owns the site http://letstalkdigichat.com where he collects DigiChat Information
from Hackers & other people to try and make his illegally modified software better. He has removed Audio and Video from the patch simply because to him he could not get it working. Franga's chat software has been exploited several times as well and failed Chat-Avenue.Com & RefugeChat.Com Over and Over and honestly trusting this guy who is very sketchy is like trusting a crack dealer.
Using his software makes you more vulnerable than ever. So far franga has slid by on the radar like most people who commit crimes do not thinking they will be caught.
Let me ask you a question, or rather let you think about this is it legal to edit copyrighted software and send it out to people next year he also plans to sell this software, which is illegally modified. DigiChat & DigiNet has made a business out of this and he has destroyed the company and has been giving out his illegally modified software in hopes to next year sell it for money. His chat software is the worst to say the least, all chatters IPS & Hostnames are available plain as day, Room Categories can be spammed and this is to say the least of what all can be done and has been done on frangas patch.
