Frank Albright Refused to pay for services that was provided to him Elba Alabama

Delta Spindle was contracted to repair Frank Albrights JD Cotton Pickers, the machines were picked up in Alabama deliverd to Delta Spindle Co In Lake village Ar where the machines were dissasembled an estimate was prepared and faxed to Frank where upon he agreed to the repairs when the repairs were completed the machines were deliverd back to him put in the field for use the machines operated in a perfect manor a bill was presented at that time he claimed that he did not have the funds the driver that made the delivery stated that he needed to call the office about no having the funds and he already had the machines in the field he never called the office where upon I took legal action, not knowing that you have to be registered in the state to excute a contract the judge dismissed the case he is still using the equipment to harvest his crop now for two seasons and refuses to pay me one penny the bill on this was over $48000.00
