Frank Anthony Shorts Company does not ship products Toronto Ontario Canada

I purchased a pair of swimming trunks on March 23rd from Frank Anthony Shorts.  I was told that the swimming trunk was shipped on March 26th and will be at my place in 5-8 business days.  I did not receive the product in a reasonable amount of time.  I emailed back on April 6th and the company stated to give it a couple of days.  When asked for a tracking number, they said the manner they shipped it does not give any tracking numbers.  I did not recieve the product and emailed back on April 10th, April 14th, and April 23rd and did not get back any response.  There is no phone number provided to call to resolve matters.

Others online have had similar issues so order at your own risk.
