Frank Falzone,attorney they called my fathers house..(i guess because the same last name as mine, and it is rare, made me set up a pay arrangement with them, or they were going to issue a warrant for my arrest in my state...i live in colorado..it was for a payday loan that had gone unpaid Buffalo New York

i ended up paying for the loan to this a**hole, i asked for a letter of clearance to be mailed to my home, it never came, and now i just got served papers from the courts for a judgement for the same loan that i already paid. this is actually the second time this has happened to me,,,the other one was excel recievables in chicago...ended up paying that one twice!! if someone calls you on the phone in regards to these matters, tell them to f**k off and go ahead and try it!!! they try every tactic they can to scare the living s**t out of you to pay them the money, when all actuality, they are the bad guys!! i want this f***er found and put in jail, and i want my f**kin money back!! filthy a**hole!!
