 Frank Leach (approperiately named) contracted my company to haul a load of tires for him from Rossville, KS to Palmyra, UT for $2600. We picked it up on 08/04/2016 and delivered it on 08/06/16. Frank promised to pay the freight bill in 15 days, but that never happened. I've contacted him countless times over the last year and every time I speak to him all I get is empty promises. I've sent the bill to collections. He just doesn't care about his credit. We are a small trucking company with just 14 trucks and it's not fair for him to take money from these drivers. They did the work, paid their own money for fuel, sat for 4 hours while they unloaded the tires, and for what? For nothing. I have a rate confirmation from Frank, as well as a signed bill of lading showing that the freight was delivered in good order. Multiple text messages and emails where he acknowledges the dept and promises payment in a week, 10 days, 15 days, but that never happens and it's now a year later. 

The shipper (who we hauled the freight from) called me asking if Frank ever payed the freight bill, and when i said no he said that Frank has not payed him for the product that we hauled either. ($20,000 worth of tires.) DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY! IF YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH HIM, MAKE SURE YOU GET PAID BEFORE ANY SERVICES ARE RENDERED!!!
