I found Frank McCoy on Craig's List, ordered ten tons of hay. He asked for a $1,500 deposit directly into his Wells Fargo account and I stupidly complied. Since we made the deposit yesterday, he has moved back the day of delivery twice and we do not believe we will ever see the hay. I looked the company up on the internet and found a similar or two similar reports. I fear our money is gone.
