DO NOT MOVE IN TO HALLOWING TRAILER PARK you will get sick and the owner's will not care about anything .If something breaks you better fix it your self they will not take off of your rent.They will charge you for everything and i mean everything.They cover mold up with new used walls.they will have unlicened person fixing your stuff (frank moneymaker) will do the repairs which is a joke he will rig your place than it will break worse and you will be charged or made to waits weeks to months to fix it again if that works.They will put you in the hole even if you pay your rent.They send you letters every other day for there man made bull crap will tell u you rent the trailer not the land so if your kids are playing they can not have nothing not even a basketball hoop your told to keep your kids beside you at all times. your kids will be playing in crap water and if you let them in the river there crap running into that from there wells they hardly ever drain the wells so you have over flow alot with crap yes i said crap.If you complain about anything they will tell you if you dont like it move and they will kick you out if you report anything at all they will give you a 30 day notice to move or there so called five day notice.You will live on pen and needles there.If you look at a trailer you better look at the roach probs and mold fleas and sh-t under your trailer its so nasty and unhealthy there mark my words on that there have been family thrown out even when they have paid there rent.you will not get any where going to calvert health dept it will get back to them that you turned a report in.calvert county over looks that trailer park cause its one of there lower income places which i would think they would make them keep up codes but they do not.YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY IN THIS TRAILER PARK AND YOU WILL HAVE ALOT OF PROBS WHEN YOU LIVE THERE STAY AWAY FROM FRANK AND MIKE IN THE OFFICE IF YOU HAVE A P-SSY OR YOU WILL BECOME THERE OFFICE GIRL AND THEY HAVE HAD ALOT OF THEM SO GUYS WATCH OUT FOR YOUR WIFES THEY WILL HIT ON THEM AND TALK TRASH ABOUT EVERYONE
