Frank Rumbauskas Never Cold Call Again is a pure scam. We bought into his sales pitch to order his book for $9.25 and review it for 30 days and if you like it keep it and only pay $97.00. Problem is he never sends the book and then after multiple calls to his many secretaries  (I think it's a phone room or answering service) who act all concerned about the fact you haven't received the book state they will have someone call you back right away....

No return calls!!!

We called nineteen times over a two week period asking for the book or a cancellation and no return calls and no cancellation confirmation. That just in itself is totally unprofessional but I guess that is what he means by "Never cold calling again"

Finally we simply called our bank and had the charges reversed. Mr Rumbauskas then charges our account the $97.00. So now we will have to go through multiple phone calls and numerous promises to get our money which will more than likely end up us contacting our bank again to have the charges reversed.

It's people like this that give the Internet and online purchasing a bad name. We highly encourage those buyers who consider buying this so called book to rethink their purchase and visit the library or a local book store rather than making an online purchase with this unprofessional scammer.

My suggestion to Mr Rumbauskas is return phone calls and listen to your buyers when there is an issue. Don't just blindly continue charging peoples credit cards assuming that they won't get upset. Just a little customer service will eliminate these kinds of problems.
