Frank S. Falzone Frank Falzone Atty Collections ignorant, greeedy, lazy, incompetent, fraud Buffalo New York

I hired Frank S. Falzone to represent me in my divorce and custody.  He greedily took my last money, and completely failed to represent me in any manner at all!!! Facts were continously wrong, even though I constantly gave him the correct facts. He said appeals were filed, but I ended up having to file my own appeals on the last day, because "he forgot".  His secretary Jessica is completely usless! Needless to say, because of Frank's neglectful handling of my case, I have lost EVERYTHING in the divorce; my home, my car, alimony, my marital possesions, and possesions I owned BEFORE I was married, and most importantly, custody of my children!!! He comes to court unprepeared.  I made an agreement under oath, and then realized AFTER I had made the agreement, by Franks own admission, he FAILED to tell me by making that agreement, I would be waiving my right to alimony, among other things. 

I am a domestic violence survivor, and by Franks laziness and lack of ability to represent me, I lost EVERYTHING.  I am now facing bankruptcy. I came to the table, not understand how this whole legal process works, and put my faith and trust in a lawyer, expecting that he would do the right thing for me as his client.  I was aware if he could not reasonably represent me, he should have declined to take my case.  Instead, he took my money, and did the bare minumum to represent me. This was the only time Ive EVER been in court for anything, so I wan not aware of what to expect from a lawyer, but looking back, I see just how little he did for me! I believe I lost everything due to the neglect of this man, and now I am calling to speak to him just to ask about some final paperwork, and he is dodging my calls every day. 

I wish I would have known to do more research before hiring Frank, even a simple internet search would have been helpful.  I regret ever hiring him, and I want all my money back, which would help in repairing the damage caused by him.
