this guy was all smiles and lies when I met him he claimed to know a lot of people I knew he even claimed that he had just taken a friend of mine to breakfast.after he started the job on three different occasions he said he would be done by the end of the week and now we have passed the monrh point and its raining in my house exacctly where it was when he stated.he called and left a message on my voice mail saying he wanted to remove my back steps I called him back and also left a message for him not to do so and three days later he he took it it upon himself to remove them anyway and no he has no intentions of replaceing them unless I pay for it (not going to happen)In the beginning we made it clear that the reason I approved his contract was the understanding that there would be not increase"s  and thats all I was willing to pay.well he started calling allmost instantly with additional cost which I did not approve now he claims its done and I have no rear steps my roof is leaking exactly where it was when he started. Iand I walked in Mcdonalds with my brother and he approached me like a thug saying hey brother you got my money where's my money I aksed have you finished did you fix my roof his reply no because it was not leaking so what is that is he is calling me a liar. I have come to find that he just does what ever he wants to do and expects to be compensated wheather its done right or not. He was hire to do small phase of the project on this house and he keeps talking about the other work that in no way would i even begin consider him for. I would like to even with the fact we have a contract can I fire him I know I'm going to have to pay some one else to do what he hasn't
