RSVP LADIES BEWARE!!!!  FRANK WHEELER is a very accomplished liar...he`s a narcissistic psychopath, he is a predator, continually trolling the RSVP website looking for his next victim, he is only interested in widows and divorcees with money to enhance his lifestyle!!!  He is not looking for a partner at all as he already has a croation ladyfriend called Rita Cipracovic(although this is not her real name) who he has been with for 10 years, she lives in a housing commission flat in Kensington in Sydney, when she`s not staying at his `Ranch` in Copeton dam rd Inverell she is on an Australian pension.  now Frank is an American living in Australia as a permanent resident, he told me he has 2 pensions...he has a full American pension and a full Australian pension, which seems illegal to me, so they are both living on Australian taxpayers money, he frequently says how wonderful it is to be living on `other peoples money`!!!!  It appears to me that they are working in cahoots to find someone silly enough to bankroll their lifestyle!!!  

On meeting Frank, he seems like a very nice person, charming and charismatic, even though it seems like a job interview, it`s not hard to fall for his charm....however, he has no real feelings at all, and no respect for others, and is not afraid of playing games with peoples feeling... he always has 3 or 4 women going at any one time...he introduces Rita on about the 2nd meeting as his cousin!!! and `would you mind if she travels with us`?? then on about the 4th or 5th meeting he tells a story of how he has to look after her because she can`t look after herself!!!....and she`s not really his cousin...also tells a sad story of how she was left in a box under the bed to die when she was a baby.....B*******!!!  His main aim is to have sex with 2 women at once with her watching on..what a WEIRDO!!!! and he will be 77 this year!!!

He has many stories of how wonderful he is!!! and all the records he has broken, walked across the Simpson desert....he is also trying to get someone to write a book about him!!!  He never did any of these things to raise money for charity, only for his own egotistical agenda.
