This place has ripped me off on more than one occasion. Suppose you go to any of these websites that are "Mint" companies. They all work the same in the way that, if you show interest in your products, they will send you a catalogue. Okay, once you do that, you can request trials and see if you are happy with the product, if not send it back and you will "get your money back". Franklin Mint and Bradford Mint Co both sent catalogues, I checked out what they had and asked for more information concerning one product. I never signed any contract, I never agreed to pay for anything, I never received a product, yet they have destroyed my credit by charging several thousand dollars which includes, high interest. They refuse to hear me out, to prove that anything was ever sent and because of it, I'm in a credit whirlwind. Avoid these places at all cost.

#1 UPDATE Employee
The Franklin Mint
AUTHOR: Elizabeth - ()
SUBMITTED: Thursday, March 20, 2014
The Franklin Mint has been in business since 1964 and never intentionally ships an unsolicited product to a customer. In the unfortunate event this did occur, once notified, a postage paid return label was mailed to the customer and any incurred charges suspended. Since 2004, all orders placed through The Franklin Mint require a credit/debit card or payment in full by check or money order.
To discuss this matter, please forward your contact information (name, address and telephone number) via email to support@franklinmint.com and a manager will contact you immediately.
