Franklin S.W. Group Inc. S.W. Franklin Group Inc, Stanley Franklin President, Ronda Franklin Secretary Scam, offered apartment for rent, took first and last months rent ,and did't provide apartment, then disappeared East St. Louis Illinois

 On 9/21/2016 seen poster apartments for rent, called number on poster was given address to office, went to office ,asked about 1 bedroom apartment, Stanley Franklin replied he had apartments for rent, I was told to fill out and application , paid $25 for application, he asked how soon I wanted the apartment i told him between the 1-3 October, he replied he would have an apartment, i told him i would have money for first and last months rent on Sept. 30. On Sept. 30 he called me to see if i still wanted the apartment went to his office , he took me to apartment building showed me a 1 bedroom apartment,

he agreed to have apartment ready by Oct 3, we went back to his office i paid $800 first and last months rent and 40 dollars for occupancy permit, he said, i would have to get utilities, i said "ok" he said he would give me a key on monday Oct 3, I repeatly called he did not answer, utitlies was turned on, on Oct 6 the gas company came out to turn on gas,they called me ,i told them i didnt have a key yet landlord would met them there, the waited over 45 min ,landlord did not show,when trying to reach him he would not answer his phone, numerous times I've reached out to him he has not replied, or furnished an apartment or returned money for first and last months rent
