Frazio - Frezino - Truedenim ripoff, dishonest, sells knockoff, charges ridiculous "restocking" fee Brooklyn New York

BUYERS BEWARE! This company claims to sell 100% authentic items, and that they "strictly do not sell inspired and/or compared items".

I ordered two pair of jeans (True Religion and Rock and Republic) as a gift from someone, and as soon as I touched it I could tell that something was wrong. I actually already own the same jeans that I bought at SAKS. I took the jeans and did some comparison, and sure enough there were differences.

I called up their customer service to tell them I want a refund. She kept trying to tell me that they were real and that perhaps I would want an exchange. I told her that if I doubt the authenticy of the items I purchased, why would I want anything else from them?

She told then told me that I would have to pay a restocking fee of 15% (which was about $30) and pay for the shipping to return it. I wouldn't mind as much paying for the shipping, but why should I pay for a restocking fee? I wouldn't have purchased it in the first place if they didn't lie on their website!

They are ripping people off by selling knock offs on their site. The people who are smart enough to detect it, are tricked into sending them a restocking fee. Items are the website are not that cheap. 15% of hundreds of dollars is a lot!

I rather buy cheap clothes that are actually made from the right manufacture than have to pay $100 each for 2 pairs of FAKE jeans.

I am from New Orleans, and it is Christmas time. I am extremely upset and hurt that these people are basically trying to STEAL my money.
