Fred morell State of California attorney general office Fake phony people clamming to throw me in jail if I didn't pay California

I get a phone call from someone clamming to be from the state of California attorney's general office I first. belived them because they had all my info from ss# bank acct cdl # everything about me but when then didn't speak good English and had a thick Indian accent and and wouldn't give me there adders and starting threatening to put me in jail if I didn't pay a fee to rosolve it I knew they were fraud and then they got me really upset he hung up on me then called me back from a different 916 area code nmbr and said I'll be in hand.cuffs in ten min then said I did fraud and tax fraud  I hung up and google the real state attorney called the fake one back and they hung up on me 

but what sucks I called the police to make a report and they said there's nothing they can do about it yet because there's no crime committed I said they have all my info and threated to put me in jail and said they where a state offical he said your just a victim of identity theft
