Purchased one of their 4-disc courses at a computer fair. I explained that I probably wouldn't be able to find the receipt easily and told the receptionist one of the discs is blank and contains no information. I contacted the company by email and email was returned. I found another email address for the company, emailed them, and they asked me to call them. I called and after wasting 20 minutes of my time over the telephone, they said they need original invoice as proof of purchase. How about the disc as proof of purchase?  "Nope, you have to have that receipt that you told us you probably would be unable to find."

So lesson learned. Stay away from these scam artists who sell blank discs in package. I see other complaints about them on the internet too.
