Fred continues his stance of non-chalance and says that he's living now in Latin America but chances are he's right here in the Treasure Coast applying his internet scams, skipping out on rent and trashing condos when he gets the chance.  Why do I think he's not in Colombia?  He's broke and can't afford it.  He still banks at Oculina Bank in Florida, what little money he has.   He doesn't own any property and he always rents.

He's on the run since he and his stepson Zack Burns trashed the condo he rented at Mariner Bay in Fort Pierce, even wrote stuff on the walls of that condo.   His stepson Zack fled Florida for Pennsylvania in the interest of his own safety.

His scumbag wife Lorena deactivated her facebook account.   They opened up a Go-Daddy.com webpage to advertise their latest scam,  FreLo Latin Wear  but nothing much has happened with it.   Because anytime someone googles on FreLo Latin Wear they invariably end up here on The Ripoff Report.    You're on the Treasure Coast somewhere Fred, and the noose is tightening.  All I can suggest is:

Don't rent to him.
Don't get suckered into any of his get rich quick internet scams.
Don't be dumb enought to try and buy any Latin clothing online.
Be careful of dealing with anyone named Fred Siller, Fred Miller or Federico Gustavo, his alias.
