The author of these lies is an ex-con, still on parol. He has been convicted 5 times in Collin & Denton counties, Including "holding himself out as an attorney". When I first spoke to him, he told me he had attended SMU law school. What a joke!!! Because I refused to loan this ex-con $10K on a reverse mortgage scheme and my son stopped using him for collection, he created this ridiculous story and filed a lawsuit using the bar credentials of an attorney that has ben censored by the State Bar of Texas twice. I have been an agent for 27 years, with an impeccable record, until this ex-convict came along. He is a paralegal for a lawyer that has been censored twice, and I have recently filed a grievience with the State Bar of Texas. I expect he will be disbarred as this is his 3rd offence.
