I recently lost my job and have been struggling to keep up to date with all my payments. Because my live-in partner has incurable ovarian cancer, not only am I her sole care giver but am the only earner in the household. We are in dire financial straits.
One of Hanna's attorneys called and said we had to make an immediate payment of at least 10% of the balance due.When I told him it was impossible he accused me of lying about our financial situation and threatened to block any attempts of mine to get another job.
