Fredesman Turro Perez Tato Liar, Thief and conman Greenhills Metro Manila Internet

 This is a conman of the highest calliber, he will represent himself as the son of the Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam, but he is not related at all. 

  I am an American living in the Philippines and was told I could bring in a car tax freewhich turned out to not be correct,  I was approched by tato who said that he could bring it in as the son of the Ambassador for very little, I checked with people who knew him and they all said he was what he said.  I proceded to advance him money amounting to $8,500 USD for over three months he told me that the car was out of customs and would deliver the car to me as soon as the papers were complete.  He promised to deliver the car on no less than 15 different dates but never diddeliver always coming up with some excuss.  I finaly contacted the port myself to ask where the car had been taken and was shocked to learn the car was still in the container at the port and they had never heard of Fredesman Turro Perez AKA Tato.  I was also told the car was now in the abandoned shipment area and I had only a few days to file for a hearing to avoid forfieting the car

  I have filled cases of fraud against both Tato and his son, Gabriel Perez who was the bag man for Tato.  The arrest warrents are now waiting to be served and they will be arrested and held without bail till the trial.

  Please if you come to Manila and meet this guy do not trust him or believe anything he says, if you do you will be sorry.
