Fredrick Faith Fraud, ripp off, conn job, lies, deception San Marcos, California

Mr Fredric Faith, a so call best friend of mine of 25 years, persuaded me to move down to San Marcos to invest in real estate after I recieved a small inheritance from my mothers estate. Shortly after I moved down there in june of 2008, I found a suitable property, and we began the loan process. during the loan process, Mr frederick Faith told me the loan broker, temporarily needed a $17,000.00 advance, which would ne returned to me in no more than two weeks. To make a long story short, Mr fredrick faith fabricated false information on the loan application and it was denied, and I never recieved my $17,000.00 back from Mr fredrick faith. This was a pure con job, which was planned out and premeditated. Mr faith is taking meds to control his anxiety and bi polar mental prolems, is it any wonder why? because it is the only way this rip off can live with him self!
